If we are advised of an inability to attend more than 7 days prior to the event, tickets can be re-allocated to a future event of the same value. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the event.

Please note, in completing this order, you (and those you might be buying on behalf of) have read and understood the following:
- Ticket prices are listed on the platform and require immediate online payment.
- Event details are provided on the ticket and may be adjusted by the event organisers as needed.

- Follow any and all instructions provided by event staff and/or event organisers at all times.
- Refunds will be determined by the event organiser; if rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, with refunds available within a specified period.
- Verbal and physical abuse, bullying or violence is not tolerated in anyway at anytime and will result in immediate removal from any event as determined by the event organiser.
