If we are advised of an inability to attend more than 7 days prior to the event, tickets can be re-allocated to a future event of the same value. Please note, in completing this order, you (and those you might be buying on behalf of) have read and understood the following:
- Ticket prices are listed on the platform and require immediate online payment.
- Event details are provided on the ticket and may be adjusted by the event organisers as needed.
- Event organisers determine the operation of events including those who attend and can deny attendance as they deem fit.

- Event organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, and attendees participate at their own risk.
- Follow any and all instructions provided by event staff and/or event organisers at all times.
- Refunds will be determined by the event organiser; if rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, with refunds available within a specified period.
- Verbal and physical abuse, bullying or violence is not tolerated in anyway at anytime and will result in immediate removal from any event as determined by the event organiser.
